The hotel, renovated in 2001, is 6 stores high and has a total of 107 rooms – 6 suites; 12 triple rooms; 12 double beds room an 77 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each. There is a spacious area, which is open 24 hours daily and the building has 3 lifts.
LOCATION
The hotel is situated en a very peaceful and privileged spot – located in the area of Malaga know as La Malagueta an El Limonar, one of the most elegant and prestigious areas en the city. The hotel is situated on the first line of the cleanest and best maintained beach in Malaga. The bull ring is approx 800m from the hotel, the Picasso Museum and the birthplace of this great painter are aprox imate 15 minutes walk away and the main city centre is close by. There is a public bus stop next to the hotel for easy access to all parts of the city. The hotel has 22 free parking spaces for guest use.
ROOMS
The rooms are spacious and bright and each has an outside balcony with table and chairs, each room is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold), has a fool bathroom with hair dryer, telephone with direct dialing, 22 inch flat screen digital/satellite TV and safety deposit box. Internet connection is available for a small charge.
23 rooms have mountain view and 84 rooms have garden and either full or side sea view.
PUBLIC AREAS
Bar/café, lounge, TV room, and the sea view restaurant offers buffet breakfast. There is also a meeting room (capacity 40/45 pax) and a poolside function room (capacity 160 pax) suitable for weddings, banquets, meetings and other events. Both the hotel pool and garden area have sea view.
This is the only hotel in Malaga city which is located next to the beach, with its own private pool and garden for the use and enjoyment of our guests.
